Rants!
This is the second attempt to do a rough draft yet again, if you are interested in some parts of the rough draft, I am going to see about compression and seeing if I will copy it out. I am going to ask though that people do not attempt to use this as a source for research. I am sorry to say, but most people are going to have to realize not all works of nonfiction are meant to be used as such.
Also another thing, if people do not like the sources I use, I do not discriminate on what sources. Sometimes these sources will appear out of date, it isn't as if a topic I use is going to be up to date. The most part, please realize that the topic of mythology like Joseph Campbell's research is old and almost all the writers are either retired or for the most part DEAD!
So next time someone says I don't know what I'm talking about, until you are doing the research and doing the panel. Until that happens, I'm sorry, you should realize that I don't do this to be mean, but I am just saying, if you have a problem, you should come to the blog, type up the concern on comments and just have a conversation with me....
Writer's Block
My confidence has been lacking for awhile, due to some personal problems. I have not said much, recently moved out of Aurora. I stopped hanging around people who are considered bad influences.
Considering all that, my influence has waned on some things. I am not interested in drama and personal hells, but as a writer, I am going to say, the newest bout of writing is also in fan fiction. I tried to write nonfiction for awhile and it is getting to be a headache. If anyone wants to know anything, I am writing a commentary on fandoms and will be posting it on my opinions page. The problem with opinions is sometimes people don't want to consider the possibilities.

In the most part, I will atest to this, finding books at the moment are difficult to come across due to the factors of time and restraint of information I am willing to get more information.
A manga that is excellent is: Natsume's Book of Friends, it shows an excellent amount of information about mythological creatures in Japanese culture. You will see Kappa, and several other creatures who show throughout the book asking the main character Natsume for their names back.

The Slight Emergency
News!
The book is still on the burner, still being worked on, and still with the same old problems. I'm goign to mention though that at the moment considering what is going on. I have told many people I am not doing panels for Nan Desu Kan and I am going to keep saying it till the cows come home.
Panels for 2012
We will be doing panels for Animeland Wasabi, that is a given and also considering we are also going to be working with a good group called Just O.S.S.U. these guys are simply the best. If it isn't for them, Animeland Wasabi wouldn't be working out so well.
I may not agree 100% with the people in the group personally, but what they do with Animeland is still simply the greatest work ever. To be honest, I think they do an excellent job and I applaud them.

Yes, been awhile I know from my last posts. I am working toward another set of revisions if I have to to make sure that the work is complete. I'm thinking that within a few months there will be full draft of the book and will be given to an editor. All people who followed this blog should at least post something on here to express something.

Another book that backs a theory

Reading Chapter 1 and also some of the backing that the book seems to follow, the Japanese were considered to be Korean, or at least had crossings with the Korean nation. Though the debate is always going to reign that Japan in itself is who they are and don't need to explain their origins. Convincing the world that the source is just that island is just another drawing of the ideas of that.
Though this is the one book I have found that there are excerts from the Nihongi (Chronicles of Japan) and the Kojiki (Record of Ancient Matters). There are a lot of things that are covered including a work history of what the Chinese documented from Japan and also the dealings they had. There is a sense that the Japanese and Chinese back then were not fond of each other considering that both considered themselves quite the center of the world.
In my opinion, I have rad a book from the same publisher, it is called Sources of Chinese Tradition, and the volumes do show some of the literary history as well as some of the cultural traditions.
This book, as dated as it is, is still one of the most accurate when it comes to the mythology studies, regardless of what is going on now.

Debate of the years
As I do my research on Japanese mythology, I am still looking it through the eyes of one of the Western nations, not as a Japanese would. There is evidence that some of people of Japan came through during the 400,000 bce with the move of the Ainu people into what is now Honshu, then the movement in the 3000 bce from people in Central Asia from means of Korea.
There is some evidence that says some of the people of Japan are directly related to the royal families of old Korea. In truth, the debate of whether they are Korean or not, is still a very tightly held and debated subject. In truth, I don't really want to take a side, though the way Joseph Campbell took it is that is just conjuncture and also flow of people's. It could be that we are looking a possible if not theoretical idea that the movements as seen in the book, Oriental Mythology by Joesph Campbell does show some sense of facts.
I am always looking at different possiblities to explain some of the culture. The idea of language in the linguistic histories is that Japanese is Altaic, which is languages that are ONLY found in Southern Asian nations and born from Chinese. In truth, the only thing born from Chinese in Japan is hanzi or Kanji. So you are looking at different theories that are possible for a nation to exist in its own way.
The theories that I am running into are from the books and also histories of Asia that I have checked out of the libraries. If anyone has any questions, yes, I will take to answering, but I'm kind of getting ready to move yet again.
